---I mean, really big trees---upper left pic, Forster at the base--upper right, Forster still at the base but more tree showing--and not to the top,only the trunk portion below the canopy of foliage!! No wonder loggers loved these beauties--so MUCH LUMBER in even one tree! Which is why this stand is protected, or none of us would be able to see these several-hundred-year-old giants!!
